More focused on gaming, but also DVDs/CDs/comics/etc?

I'm kind of curious as to how folks keep their stuff organized.

Right now I keep my comics in standard plastic sleeves with hardboard backing, all in regular white comic book boxes.

As for my disc based stuff...I'm kind of in transition.
I currently keep all my stuff in CD/DVD wallets, with the inlays/booklets in separate containers.

But, recently, I've found out about things like this:
Artisan 50 DVD Refill Page for 3 Ring Binder
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0040DO4UA

Which I'm tempted to move to due to being able to have both my discs and art/booklets in one place.

So...how about everyone else?

I put them in my closest (Dvd), shelf/ small cupboard and draws I have (graphic novels, books and games) and shoeboxes (old Gundam models, Skylanders and CDs).

It's not the most oragnised mind you but it does keep it organised in my eyes.

I keep most of my DVD cases (from PS2 on up and a few movies/TV shows) in these plastic containers meant for media. They're just short enough to fit under my bed and out of the way. I never liked disc wallets because I would likely misplace the empty cases (and the funny colors and shapes for console games are sometimes pricey), and I'm paranoid that specs of dust or grit that somehow make their way to the felt or discs might scratch the discs.

Jewel cases are stashed deep in my TV stand. (It tends to be difficult to store the double cases, such as the PS1 Final Fantasies.) The old cart consoles are packed away in a box with almost everything sealed in baggies. Though, my copies of Super Metroid and A Link to the Past are displayed on the TV stand.

All of my portable games are stored with their systems and the accessories in two small plastic containers.

The only 3 Amiibo I have are just sitting on where ever on the entertainment center. I seriously need to build some shelves to hold all the knickknack stuff I have sitting around. I've had this wicked silver dragon statue sitting on my PC tower for far too long.

There are some old copies of Game Informer lying around waiting for me to either archive or throw out. (Jebus, I just looked and the issue with the "exclusive" first look at Aliens: Colonial Marines is lying on top. That's a keeper for the irony alone.)

Unfortunately, all of my game guides (except for the never used Twilight Princess guide) are all torn up. They aren't collector condition anymore. (I got use out of them, though. Much use.) They need a permanent spot, instead of where ever looks good for a few months.

I also have tons of posters rolled up in tubes from my old cinema job. Someday I might make lighted display cases for my favorites. In addition to the posters, I collected some of the unique promo 3D glasses[footnote]I was going to wear the neon blue or orange glasses for Tron 3, but modern Disney had to be modern Disney (read: corporate dicks).[/footnote] for different movies, and other promo items. Again, I need display shelves for this junk.

My retro games, amiibos and other gaming related stuff is on display in my "man cave", along with 3 CRT TV's.

All the DVD's have been put away for storage, though I'm tempted to just give them away.
CD's are stored together with the DVD's.

Current gen games are stored in the cupboard under the TV
Blu Ray's are kept on display on a shelf over the TV, though I've been quite selective with what films to buy. Currently the only ones I have is the Marvel films, though I'm planning to get Fight Club, Fight Club and V for Vendetta as well.

Oh, and my LP's are next to the turntable in the living room.

On shelves or digitally.

That's it, really. Storage space here is limited. Made me get an e-reader because there's no way in hell that I can fit more books on my current shelves. Damned student apartment...

On a shelf that I have with all my DVDs/Blu-Rays and games as well as a bunch of action figures. Although I've officially run out of room on the DVD shelf so I dunno what I'm gonna do cause I don't have space for more shelves right now.

I used to keep all my CDs in sleeves just like the book you linked to. Oh, CDs are how music was originally sold, in stores, for stupidly high prices. Regular albums could sell for at least $18 (roughly $30 accounting for inflation) and "import" versions with perhaps one unique track could sell for $30 or more!

No seriously, I don't recommend keeping your discs in sleeve albums. I really used to keep all my stuff in them until one day a small amount of sand got in there. Because the discs were paint-side-up, meaning all disc "tops" were in contact with another, the sand started to neatly rub away the paint and most importantly, the foil layer containing all the data.

Nowadays I'll just make the room needed to keep DVD/Blu-ray cases organized.

I have two roughly chest high shelves almost full of games, DVDs, and blue rays. One is on the left of my TV and one is on the right in my living room.

My comics are all in storage tubs in sleeves with carboard backing, except for a few autographed ones that I have on display on the shelves above my basement bar where there was room.

I've got my PS2 games stashed inside my nightstand, and my PS3 games lined up alphabetically atop a bookcase.

Games I either keep games in a box under my TV or in my closet depending on how long it's been since I played them. For CDs I have two different CD towers to keep them all in.

Majority of games are in their cases in drawers. The more frequently played ones are in 100 disc wallets. Apart from that I have a hideously expensive card set that I hide in a binder in another chest of drawers because the last time I had them out where I could see them one of the harder to find pieces was inexplicably and irreparably destroyed by someone who came in "looking for something".

Games and DVD's are always kept in their own case, but due to how much DVD's, books and games I have there is not enough space. I litterally have 2 bookcases, a cabinet (who's door are removed), and a table in a corner and still running short of storage space. So much that I actually started to have to leave DVD's on the floor (still in their original cases though!
