how do you think Commader Shepard is going to die in Mass Effect 2

Commander Shepard is the main playable character in Mass Effect 2, but Shepard?s death is a central theme in the story, especially since the Commander is preparing for what can only be described as a suicide mission.

My bets are on a heroic firefight with the new alien race that's emerged, the Vorcha, as seen here

Hes going to die rescuing his crew, when the Normandy is attacked. After the ship explodes and Shepard being the only one left on board will drift through space. Whether from the explosion or the lack of oxygen, im not certain, but everything else is correct.


EDIT: Unless of course you decide you want him to live. I think it will be at the cost of a team members life. Probably joker in my opinion.

Did any of you read the actual article from Bioware? They said it is possible for him to die at the end of your story, but not a given. It will depend on your choices throughout the game and specifically your choices during that final mission.

He can either survive or die depending on your choice. Im guessing survive is the renegade choice. But if you choose to survive at the cost of a team member, another character will take the lead and finish the trilogy. See what happens when you pay attention.

Yes. Atleast In my game, since the ending (life or death) will be affected by the decisions you make (in ME2).

Nah in the Mass Effect universe dead is dead... I mean than they would be able to bring back. Saren, Jenkins, one or the other of your human team mates and that other Turian. But to give you the benefit of the doubt, he would be like a robot of some sorts.
