At my hands after my terrifying conquest of this world has burnt the sky and my empire is vast, spanning entire continents. The rebels, after decades of conflict, have finally forced me, in my giant robot exoskeleton, into a corner forcing me to unleash my final protocol.
The destruction of the planet through the detonation of nukes within the Earths crust. The Earth would shake, crack and fall apart and they would know their doom was at my hands.
In honor of the Captcha I will name it
The orityup project.
Not going to happen though. Imagine the resources I'd need to do something like that. And the man power would be hell to organize.
This would be a close second.

Well...Dfskelleton already said cthulhu, but! How I want the world to end is either the Earth splits by the equator and spins out of control. Or...back to Cthulhu...but he kills all of us by breakdancing to Party Rock.
If it had to end somewhere i would say the machines should be the ones to end what we started so long ago.
By me acquiring the combined powers (and skeleton) of wolverine and juggernaut and going on a worldwide rampage. That way I survive and anyone who I like survives too. Mainly scantily clad women.

I'd go with nuclear holocaust, if we're lucky, a good amount of us will still survive and experience a Wasteland filled with mutated creatures Fallout style, and while I could be wrong, I suspect that depending on what servers in the world remain intact, we might still have the internet.
Either that, or I'd want the world to end with aliens invading Earth and enslaving us humans, that way we could eventually rise in rebellion, kick the aliens out, and have some cool alien technology as award for bullying our former alien masters.
