I actually have the transformers animated movie sitting right next to my laptop. It is actually alright, as they can show robots being torn apart and getting their heads crushed and stuff, whereas the x-men or spidermen animated series couldn't show anyone get killed or shot, and in TMNT they were never allowed to use their weapons on human enemies, but Transformers has no such limitations.

That said, I probably wouldn't go to see an animated sequel, I think that ship has sailed.

Probably a 2-3 since I saw the transformers animated cartoon series they had on cartoon network, and that didnt instil alot of hope in me. because lets face it, even if it was made like that, the movie would still get the same people who do animated transformers stuff now.

+10 for the fact that I loved Transformers as a kid and quite rightly felt that 'Michael Bay raped my childhood'.

-5 for the fact that I'm an adult now and don't find children's cartoons enjoyable. Some are watchable, but most cartoons bore me.
