It's funny. For two summers as a student, I worked at a Good Humor factory operating the line which produced Klondike Bars. I'd also switch it over to make O'Henry bars, cookie ice cream bars, yogurt bars, and ice cream sandwiches. I've seen massive amounts of ice cream. I would often raid the Ben and Jerry's line which was next to mine. B&J's ice cream has way more cream in it than the Klondike ice cream, probably way too much. It's very rich and will quickly make you fat, and ill if you eat too much in one sitting.
And if you're wondering, Good Humor runs a tight ship. That factory was the cleanest, highest quality place I've ever laid my eyes on. They knew their business.
