Having searched my name, all that came up is my Facebook page and a website claiming they found me but was using a woefully outdated address and phone number. So, I'd say it is hard to learn a lot about me using Google, especially since I haven't done much with Facebook over the last few years.

Nothing on me, though strangely enough one of the other people with my name has a twitter linking the latest extra credits. Though I would not really care if you could find anything out. Being afraid of people knowing facts about you (Other than things like were you live that can actually be used against you of course.) seems to me more like being afraid to be yourself to me.

I won't even try googling myself. You'd have to dig deeper anyway, since I haven't joined Facebook or such precisely to maintain privacy - but then again, I use my real name with e-mail. If someone goes to the trouble of digging up databases for forum handles, they can still find something.

Someone once told me I lived in Malaka'i, Hawaii, USA, and that they were coming to find me.

I'm pretty damn secure; After I'm done with my Facebook, I close it down until I use it again.

Edit: I typed in my full name; an article on the sexual reproduction in reptiles came up. And that was the only thing of note that actually came up.

*googles name*
*sees my name and picture on a chat site I've never been on*

Well then... I assume it's something I did years ago that Facebook forced me to do without me knowing because I don't remember going on it.
Regardless of that, I think of people who feel like they need complete anonymity online like I would in real life - a little suspicious. I find not even just not providing your real first name to be slightly odd. I don't know how much important information you can find out with just someone's first name.

I'm fairly free with my privacy. I'm not stupid to leave my bank details lying around and take precautions in those regards.

If I didn't want people to read my ramblings or see my pictures then I wouldn't post them.
