How in the hell do you get to the White House in Fallout 3!??

Well, technically you can't since the White House doesn't exactly exist anymore.

Be careful when you get to the white house, if you have star paladin cross with you she will go straight for the fatman and fire at the glowing ones that are their.

its near Penn NE I believe. You enter a Utility Tunnel through a Man Hole cover and then you follow the tunnel.

Another questionne! I'm sure you guys have heard the radio message about the guy and his kid at Rock Creek Caverns I ventured to the Caverns and came up empty handed, couldn't find the dude and his kid only a bunch o' Mirelurks and some dead bodies, is it possible to find the dude or is that just a wild goose chase. Any advice or personal attempts would be great!
