My big sister introduced me to Pokemon when I was about 3/4 years old. I had one kick-arse Charizard!

Since first grade. Don't recall how old I was. But I was an instant addict. Now I am proud to call myself a female hardcore gamer. Although I REALLY need to go buy some new games...

Does anyone have about $1000 they can lend to me? :)

been playing since the amiga/amstrad days. I remember games on tapes.
My first pc was a 486DX2 66mhz. I played doom on it...happy days.
My first console was a Sega Master system.

Been here ever since and will play untill I go blind, dead or worse.

I've had my Ex-Box 360 for about a week now, and I'm playing this Halo game that somebody told me was pretty good. I always die when I'm on Ex-Box Alive though.
lmao Awesome. Well at age one-three (1991-93), we had a NES and I'd mess around with it, but obviously couldn't comprehend that so I don't know if you can call that gaming. But I guess the serious gaming started at the age of four when Warcraft: Orcs and Humans came out. Now that was a kickass game. And I've been gaming ever since, although I began to stray from my PC gaming origins around the time when Playstation came out, and then the xbox took me by the face and made me realise that I'm a console gamer at heart.

God, I have been playing video games for as long as I can remember. I can't say for certain, but I think my first game was Super Mario Bros. back in... 1989? Maybe? I played that and Duck Hunt, obviously. My parents' friends had a Sega Master System, so I rocked that, too. I also played old-ass DOS games on my dad's Tandy to start with and moved on to Windows 3.1(1) games. My parents bought a Genesis and I moved on to Sonic and my computer got a little bit of an upgrade so I moved on to Doom. My Aunt and neighbour had a SNES. My computer upgraded again and I had Duke Nukem 3D and TIE Fighter. I got a Playstation, my neighbour got a N64 and my buddy got a Dreamcast. Then I got a PS2 and my buddy got an XBOX. So and so forth to where I now have a PS3, 360, DS and PSP and have played pretty much every major console and handheld iteration and PC games at several different technology levels.

Say what you want, but I grew up playing PC, console, and handheld games side-by-side. I don't care about gaming platform politics.
I just want to play games and have fun and have been for over 21 of my 25 years.
