I do own a few Airsoft guns. They may not be real, but you have to maintain them more than real guns.
I second that! Along with my real guns, I have a Marui G36C and a Marui MP7A1. They need a lot of work to keep them functioning correctly.

I have no weapons, and don't want any. The "Right to bear arms" is a bad idea, and adds to the level of gun crime.
Actually, if you look at statistics in countries where guns are banned versus countries with the right to bear arms, you'll find that gun ownership really has little effect on crime rates.

England has tight gun regulation, the U.S doesn't, compare the two homicide rates.

I live in Britain, so me government say's I'm not responsible enough to own that great a range of firearms.
I feel bad for the Brits. We American's sort of ruined it for them being allowed to own guns. The last time the British government allowed their people to carry weapons, the people sort of started a war, revolted, then formed their own nation. Though, in retrospect, I can understand their hesitancy in this matter.

Back on topic, I've only got a few guns myself, but am always looking to expand, when the funds are available.

1. Beretta 92FS 9mm
2. M44 Mosin Nagant 7.62x54
3. Stevens Model 66-B .22
4. Romanian AK-47 7.62x39

I'm still amazed at how when I go to the ranges to shoot, my friends will start out really interested in the AK-47 (as it's the one they recognize the easiest), but QUICKLY become a HUGE fan of the Mosin Nagant after putting only a few rounds through it.

I think you forgot to read the VERY next paragraph there. I'll go ahead and quote it, to make things easier for the lazy people who don't like clicking links (I'm usually one of those folk.):

In the United States, cities tend to have higher gun crime rates but lower rates of gun ownership, compared with rural areas which tend to have lower gun crime rates but higher rates of gun ownership.[26] Some areas have widespread gun ownership with low rates of homicide. In 2005, Wyoming had the highest number of homes with loaded and unlocked guns in the United States, at 33% of all homes in the state,[27] and had a homicide rate of 1.7 of every 100,000.[28] High rates of gang membership and gang violence in urban areas have been used to explain these differences.
I think this tends to lead credible evidence to further accentuate that guns don't create violence. Asshole gang-bangers with guns create violence in areas where few people have guns.

Sorry for helping to derail the thread, but I felt it important to show the rest of the argument. Let's get back to hearing about other people's collections! I get envious of some of them.
