Just over 100 hours split between a good and an evil character. I have mused about getting the DLCs, but I think playing BG2 again might be more worthwhile.

I'm pretty sure it's around 20. And I'm only about halfway through the campaign. Right now I'm stuck though, if anyone wants to help. I'm in this area after Little Lamplight trying to find the GECK. The thing is, I'm low on shotgun ammo and there are too many Super Mutants. I can't go back because there are Super Mutants left in that cave that I just ran by so I wouldn't have to fight them. It's pretty tough and Dogmeat keeps dying. I need to get out somehow, but I'm so close to the GECK that I don't want to go back. I'm in a tough situation.

Over 100 hours, plus the Broken Steel DLC I downloaded.

I played an Unarmed/Melee specialist that could rip people apart with his bare freaking hands and his Deathclaw Gauntlet, but I also Tagged Energy Weapons, so I've got a backup weapon in a pinch along with a bunch of Nuka Grenades.

Finished campaign around 13 hours, probably another 12 or so playing a second time ignoring main quest. Then, I updated graphics card and Fallout 3 no longer works.

Try sneaking around. It always worked for me. and giving a sneak attack critical head shot (not using V.A.T.S.) is almost always a sure kill.

I don't like using dogmeat (because i like to be more stealthy, and when he sees a enemy he attacks, even though it may be a Master or just a simple super mutant

Not much 20 - 30, I got bored of it really quick though, I don't know why I loved Oblivion and Fallout 1 + 2

I have finished the main quest in the original and Broken Steel, and after I started searching for side-quests and starting the other DLC's and have already spent (according to the save file) 90 hours 57' and 19''(I really love this game). how bout you guys?
I have spent about 50 hours on the game. On Oblivion, however, I spent around 500 hours.

Way too long, but then again it's a great game, but like that other guy said not even near how many hours I have racked up on Oblivion ha ha.

it could be because you are that far and only have 20 hours in the game. what level are you? i have about 75 hrs in the game and im about to go back to lamplight after rescueing the kids from paradise falls, and im lvl 20. i spent most of my time doing side quests and pretty much just exploring the amazing wasteland. i cant wait to be finished with the main disc so i can get the dlc that finally came out for the ps3 version

100+ on one character. I started doing the whole "Lets find every dungeon and explore" thing.

...And then I bought TF2.
