It varies quite a bit actually. Sometimes I can't sleep at all (last week I went about 2-3 days before I could get any sleep. It wasn't fun.) Last night I got roughly 4 hours sleep. Yeah, I think the average is in the region of 3-4 hours sleep.

Well, that's just how I feel after sleeping more than 8-9 hours.
