I'd say on average about 6 hours a night.
I'm in bed in the hour of midnight most nights and get up at 7am.

I get anywhere from 2 hours to 7 hours. Unfortunately, the most I've been getting this past week has been 4 hours.
your body is probably alot better at REM'ing instead of just lying there. (which i wish my body was better at it, i vary so damn much in my sleeping habits)Cogwheel said:Generally speaking, two. Three if I'm tired. Stay up if I can't afford to sleep (which happens regularly, sometimes two days in a row). Lots of stuff to do.
I'm not sure how I'm still alive. Got used to this, I suppose. The three weeks I had recently of only sleeping/eating every other day were pretty harsh, though.
Very good point, thanks. That explains a lot. I'll just continue being massively unhealthy, then.gmaverick019 said:your body is probably alot better at REM'ing instead of just lying there. from what i know of, its actually not unhealthy, if your still getting your REM (which is roughly 1.5-2 hours a night) then you are perfectly healthy. Most people however need that whole 7 hours of whatever for the body to be kicked into REM mode, and the other time sleeping is usually spent healing wounds/stuff.Cogwheel said:Very good point, thanks. See? Never having to face long-term consequences does have its advantages!
Also, wow, I seem to be getting quoted a great deal in the last few days. Did I miraculously become kinda-sorta-interesting-ish while I wasn't looking?
Nah, probably coincidence. Seems more plausible.
Wow.Sacman said:It's not even boredom for me... I'm just exhausted if I get any less...<.<NameIsRobertPaulson said:ditto. I'd rather sleep most of the day out of boredom.Sacman said:Usually about 12-16 hours... it just depends...<.<
