Generally speaking, two. Three if I'm tired. Stay up if I can't afford to sleep (which happens regularly, sometimes two days in a row). Lots of stuff to do.
I'm not sure how I'm still alive. Got used to this, I suppose. The three weeks I had recently of only sleeping/eating every other day were pretty harsh, though.
your body is probably alot better at REM'ing instead of just lying there. (which i wish my body was better at it, i vary so damn much in my sleeping habits)
Very good point, thanks. That explains a lot. I'll just continue being massively unhealthy, then.
See? Never having to face long-term consequences
does have its advantages!
Also, wow, I seem to be getting quoted a great deal in the last few days. Did I miraculously become kinda-sorta-interesting-ish while I wasn't looking?
Nah, probably coincidence. Seems more plausible.
from what i know of, its actually not unhealthy, if your still getting your REM (which is roughly 1.5-2 hours a night) then you are perfectly healthy. Most people however need that whole 7 hours of whatever for the body to be kicked into REM mode, and the other time sleeping is usually spent healing wounds/stuff.
so if you get majorly boned in a car accident or something, then yeah, your "unhealthy", otherwise it seems like your perfectly healthy in some cases.
