Put me down for a big ol' donut. I hate notifications of any kind so I always clear 'em as soon as I can.

I turn off all notifications for most of my user groups, except for Reply Notifications.

News posts are NOT for thread-whoring!

And I read/respond to quotes ASAP.

I get the odd quote message, and sometimes a chat message from my Bassist group.. But thats it.

I don't think I've had a private message since I first met @Radelaide all those years back.

Jaisus.... Why not just delete them?

I don't really need to, I can just go straight to the user group and read what I need to read there.
The notifications are also separate from messages in my inbox and thus not in the way.
