0. I always get psyched when a new message is there, so if I just had a ton of chat notifications, that would mean I could never know when I am quoted.

As for my Escapist inbox, it's zero.

21172, at the minute, because I have a habit of joining a User Group out of interest, and then leaving it after a while because I tend to prefer the forums, and then I forget to turn off all the notifications. I should probably go on a deleting spree soon.

I can't stand unread messages. I always have to go through them right away. It drives me nuts. A full inbox of read messages though? That's a completely different story.

On youtube I just automatically delete all replys that I get without reading them.

It is hard to ignore the flashy red thing everytime you go this website though.

0. I like to keep things organised They're only ever un-read if a battalion of group chat notifications builds up over night. In that case I just 'check all' & 'delete', then read them all via the group chat.
