How many of you are guilty of doing stuff like this?

Have you ever checked something expecting it to be different but knowing it hasn't changed?
I know VGCats and F@nboy$ won't update any time soon but I still check everyday to see if it did. And I know I am not the only person to go to the pantry or fridge hoping more food will suddenly appear since you last raided it.

I want to hear some output

I check the fridge for new food a lot. I also refresh The Escapist far too often while watching telly. Oh the fridge thing happens with my wardrobe too.

Yes. I commonly find myself compulsively checking the websites for upcoming games I've hyped about again and again and again, even though I'm sure they couldn't have posted something new. God, I'm pathetic.

I check Ross Scott's blog about twice a day, even though he said you should only check once a week.

Yea I keep checking VGCats and F@nboy$ each day too. I check my fridge for something that isn't there and hasn't been.

I keep checking Genre Wars with the hopes that SOMEONE will be in the warzone, but no. No one.

I refresh my friends page ob lj atleast 4 times every hour. I don't even know why. I don't even care about half of the posts on my lj fpage

Before I go to sleep, I always check if my alarms been set multiple times. I even flip the switch a few times to make absolutely sure the alarm is set. I overslept for work so bad once, I woke up at high noon!

I also keep my cellphones alarm next to my clock as a double measure. In case the power goes out, resetting my alarm. (happened once) I also woke up one day to find out ive aparently sleep walked and unplugged my alarm clock, wrapped the cord around it and put it back upside down. :/
