Plenty for coffee, none for tea. It's an irritating habit from my ex that I can't seem to shake...

I take my coffee with no sugar (although sometimes flavored creamers are nice), and one or two in my tea; I think it brings out more of the flavor of the tea.

Edit: Also I work at Dunkin' Donuts, and I've seen people put absurd amounts of sugar in their coffees.

If any I don't usually measure, just gently pour it from whatever container its in.
Prefer none though.

Zero. I'm a hardcore beverage drinker, none of this casual sugar or sweetener nonsense that is ruining the hot drinks industry.

It's one way or the other for me, depending on how I feel. Either completely straight, or loaded with as much sugar to turn it into a super-suspended liquid.

Incidentally, I was just denied my mid-morning coffee, due to an infestation of moths. I hate everything.

I used to take sugar in my coffee, but not any more. And I have never put so much as a single grain of the stuff in my tea, eeww...way to sweet.
