Hmm, I first started when I was about 4 on the old acorn electron. I wasn't very good at it then though. so we're talking a good 24 years of gaming lol.
The first game I finished was sonic the hedgehog on the megadrive. But my mum was the first in the family to beat it.

I'm 21. My first games were Pong for the Magnavox and Space Invaders for the Atari 2600. I was 4, meaning I've been playing for 17 years (18 years this month). I don't recall "beating" either game, so I'll go with Super Mario Land for the Game Boy. The most recent will be Outland (finishing it tomorrow).

Brothers would help me play. I could still play the games (poorly at first), but once in a while I would still hit a snag because of my infant brain. I played Final Fantasy 7 when it first came out in 1997 when I was 6 (or 5?) and I certainly remember playing games years before than with the NES, SNES, N64, PS1, so on so forth. Brothers sold the N64 on me though when they left me at 7... the bastards...

1.Since I was 4 or 5, maybe. I'm 20 now, so 15 or 16 years.

2.I'd play this robot fighting game on MS-Dos. I can't remember much about it except it had a blocky robot and a robot that looked like a knight with maces for hands. I couldn't unlock the other robots for some reason. Oh, and I THINK it played Eyes of the Tiger when you won, but I'm not sure.

3.I'm currently playing Rift, and I'm loving it! Sure, it's kinda like a WOW clone, but it's an extremely well-made WOW clone with it's own twist.

Edit: Oh, last game I finished. Well, I replayed Republic Commando again, this time with mods. Last game I finished that was new? Portal 2.

a) I'm 19 years old and I can't remember a time when I wasn't playing video games, so I can't really give you an age when I started.

b) The first game that I remember ever actually finishing was Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. So it took quite some time for me to actually have the patience to play a game all the way through.

c) I believe the last game that I finished playing was Fallout 3. I still have a problem with actually finishing a lot of games that I own I think. Mostly Final Fantasies. XD

1) I had one of the original wood-grain Atari 2600's back in the day...closing in on about 30 years now?

2) First game I finished was one of the Infocom RPGs on my Commodore 64 (which, in itself, was a pretty good gaming platform in its day)...I forget exactly which one, though.

3) Last game I finished was Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time (although, my son keeps wanting me to play and finish the Sonic Adventure port I downloaded a while back... )

1: I'm 22 now (23 this December). I've been playing since I was 4 years old or so which was in 1992. So, I've been playing games for around 19 years.

2: The first game I finished was Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis. (I was 8-10 years old at this time. So a loooooooong time after the game's release)

3: The last game I finished was Dragon Age 2. I don't care what people say about that game, I love it. That reminds me, I still need to finish Mass Effect 2.

I was gaming before most games even had endings. Your criteria's kinda whack, op. I remember getting through at least 10 minutes of Pac-Man, several stages of Joust, vector Asteroids, and a small handful of others when I was a kid.

my criteria isn't whack , i asked 3 completly diffrent questions: how long has you been gaming? ( which could include games that have no end ) , what is the 1st game you remembember finishing? Tough to remember all that far back :-/ but it was probably Oscar as that was the first game I had on my Amiga 1200... I guess I don't really remember finishing it though... who knows, too many games too much time.

c)what is the last game you finished

Either Magika or call of juarez, or maybe alpha protocol or Arkham Asylum... i've finished them all in the last few months but I cant remember the exact order.

I'm sixteen, been playing since I was about 4, when my Dad presented me with his original GameBoy. It had one of those 32-in-One cartridges, none of which I ever finished. Then I got a GBC, and a Gamecube, etc. etc. But the first game I finished, was probably one of the early Pokémon titles. Yellow, I guess.

The last game was Crysis. Bought it in the sales for £2.50 ;D
