On hand, I never carry any more than I intend to spend. I keep extra at home so I can in and out as much as I need.

About $330 - in a lock-box. That's where I store all my cash and change. I only ever carry $40 at a time with me though. Even with my bank card - it's always good to have at least some cash on you.

Well, I have my wallet, with a Debit card connected to a bank account with about £140 in it, and £70 in it. I also have $400 dollars which I have saved up ready for an upcoming trip to America.

Also £8.22 in change.

I litterally have a £1 coin, the rest is in the bank.

To be honest I probably wouldnt even have that on me, but I use it for the Lockers at the gym.

I have 1 dollar and 68 cents USD in change in my wallet. I used the last bills I had in my wallet about a week and a half ago to get a haircut.

Really, you carry that much around on your person. You're playing with fire. I would say these days, if I had that kind of money only about 60 would be in my wallet and the other 539 would be in my checking account so I could use my debit card.

If my card is stolen, one quick call to my credit union and my card is frozen. Any money lost is refunded to me.

About 240 dollars. I'm too lazy to fill out a deposit slip and never go to places I would get mugged at. Probably got another 100 in my change jar I could cash in.

Maybe about 5 dollars in assorted change in my wallet. I don't carry cash, and when I get any (tips, repaid loans from friends, etc.), I dump it in the bank ASAP.

Fuck all, my wife keeps all the cash in her purse I can't be trusted. I keep buying DvD's we'll never watch.
This is why I started going cash-free about 10 years ago. While it may not have been DVDs exclusively, physical cash tends to burn a hole in my pocket like you wouldn't believe. I seem to be far more prudent with budgeting when all my money's in my bank/credit card accounts. Not entirely sure why, there, as that's typically the opposite of most.

Probably about $2 worth of pennies. I usually don't carry cash on me anymore unless I'm going out of town.
