No idea. I tend not to keep track, but if I had to wager a guess, I'd say in the neighborhood of $250 bucks.

Maybe a couple hundred dollars. Due to Steam having so many sales, most of the games I buy are on sale. In 2010 so far, I would say I've spent around $200 on games.

$293.93.

A bit under $30 was spent on Diablo 1, Alien Hominid, and Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. The rest, a DS Lite, Mega Man Zero Collection, and StarCraft 2. Aside from maybe an older DS game or 2, I most likely won't be spending any more money on games for the rest of this year.

No clue. Inbetween store credits, discounts, used games and DLC I don't know where to start.

I'm guessing somewhere around £100. I probably buy two games at launch a year, everything else is pre-owned, DLC, xbox arcade and retro. Though the only game I bought this year so far is Mass Effect 2, and I can't think of anything I'm looking forward to enough to buy full price, not until Portal 2 next year, I might do pretty good. I'll have to since I'm off to Uni soon.

Well, let's do the math. So far, this year I have acquired a copy of Just Cause 2 for 110 dollars. The year before I bought Rock Band 2 used for around 20. The previous year I bought Rainbow Six: Vegas and Call of Duty 4, and some other games I can't remember. Before that, it was Rock Band and Gears of War.

As you can tell, I don't spend a lot(60-200)simply because I never have enough. But, I just made like 500 dollars, so that should change.

Above $500 and below $750. But this does not include thanksgiving and christmas shopping so Im thinking about $1000 by the end of the year.

I spend somewhere in the region of $1000-2000+ a year on games. My spending on CDs and anime/manga is even higher. Instead of saving money over the last couple of years, I've been spending it all on stuff like the consumerist whore that I am.

Let's see. Average price for new title here is ~119-129 PLN so let's pick a 45$/game then, that's slightly above the median but will roll with that. Average price for 1year+ old game is anywhere between 30-50PLN so let's pick 15$ as happy median.

For reference purpose average monthly salary in Poland is something around 1100$ or so.

I'd say i keep at around 300-400$ / year, can spike up to 1000$ from time to time if i count in non gaming software costs. So not really that much over the span of year, mainly due to fact that there is so few games that actually interest me.

Back when i was playing WoW it was even less since for long time all my gaming related expenses were limited to 15$/month subscription fee which is below 200$/year. And people say MMOs are expensive...

I couldn't quote you a number. I'm sure it's hundreds of dollars. Depends on A) What some of my favorite franchises put out in a given year and B) How interested I become in a random game. I will admit, though, that I definitely spend more on games and computing than I do on other things.
