I have an issue with tipping a bit excessive (IMO) at my place of work (Which is a bar). I generally tip my coworkers around 35(Bare minimum)-100(Sometimes higher)% for my drinks when I stop in. For those of you in the service industry, how well do you tip your coworkers?

Do you think you should tip them better or worse than if you were at an unfamiliar bar/restaurant?

I always find it weird thinking about what is appropriate for people you work with. The generally give me exceptional service, but I have a feeling that's because I treat them equally as good.

Sorry if the topic has been brought up before (Or if tipping isn't a norm in your country), but I've been a bit curious about this lately, and I'd like to hear how other people deal with this situation.

we don't really do tips in England, except for restaurants, in fact I think I've only ever tipped taxi drivers and waiters. Plus restaurants only count if its a proper multi-course sit-down evening meal, otherwise no tipping there either.

Britain is a pretty much get what you pay for society, no bargaining, no tipping - the price (and usually the tip amount if applicable) is on the menu.
