I would say that there are 3 hard and fast rules to a good band name

1. I shouldn't be so long that people make up an acronym in order to talk about it.
2. One should be able to say it in any setting (so don't call your band "Bloody Anal Double Fisting" or something along those lines).
3. It should have words that people can pronounce (none of this putting numbers and symbols in your name just for the hell of it, or making the whole name be written in nothing but consonants).

Other than those 3 things I'd say it doesn't really matter what you name your band.

As far as the OP's name goes, it's edging dangerously close to being long enough that people will just use it's initials (C.F.R.B.) when talking about it, especially online. That's not something you want because it means people who don't know the band won't know what the initials mean and therefore won't know the actual band name to look up.

If you start a band, abiding by this rule, you are doing it terribly wrong. Especially within the confines of certain genres *coughpunkcough* of music.

I once had a very interesting conversation with a dudebro who had a huge problem with me playing Andrew Jackson Jihad, because it had "Jihad" in it. Apparently his ignorant and plain wrong ideas of what Jihad means, also automatically invalidated the worth of this (fucking amazing) band.

And that's still a pretty safe name. By punk standards anyway.

But that's just my take on the subject.
