How much is your Steam account worth?

Wilard1991's "Steam games, Gotta' buy them all" thread got me wondering at those of you with large to huge Steam collections (50+). To avoid derailing his/her thread, I figured I'd open another one.

So, for those of you with at least 50 games in your own collection, how much have you spent and when did you start? Do you buy mostly due to sales, or do you go for cheaper but sufficiently fulfilling indie titles?

OT: I have 86 games, mine's worth about 1300?. The vast, vast majority of which were bought during sales (how can you resist a 66%, 75% or 90% discount?). A few others were gifted.

Started in 2004 with half-life, generally buy all sorts these days, big releases, small developers, indie titles.
