Casual nerd. Yeah, I dunno, I'd say more of a closet one. I'm into Starcraft 2, do well at school and enjoy this site, so I guess I am a nerd, but it is by no means a definition of my life.
Geek to the core. Yep just about what I expected. Not a total Ubernerd simply due to the fact that I haven't gotten the chance to do somethings that I'm interested in (LARPing, cosplay)

Come to think of it, same here. If I'd get all the opportunities I'm asking for I'd be playing Warhammer(40K), D&D and Magick: The Gathering on a regular basis, and I'd also LARP and/or cosplay every now and then for shits & giggles. I could be a much bigger nerd than I already am.Irony said:

To the core, geek I am. Now I shall go back to playing Freelancer while pausing occasionally to play Heartgold with Star Trek Voyager playing in the background.

Every nerd I've ever talked to (and it's pretty easy to find some when you've been in various social skills groups, anime clubs, tech clubs, and video game clubs) hates fan fiction and fandom, but not with enough passion to make you think they're closet fan fiction consumers. Yet I got Geek to the Core by checking off "No, never" and Ubernerd by checking off "Oh yes, and I'm not ashamed to admit it" when I got to the fan fiction question.
I'm a Dabbler, which suits me just fine.

Dabbler, which is pretty accurate, and where I would like to be.
Wasn't impressed by some of the questions though. When I first go into a bookstore, the section that I generally check out first is general fiction/classics. I would be more likely to attend a music festival than any of the options given. My meal on a friday night varies quite a lot, and I may have 2 meals (one before going out and one on the way back if its very late). I don't have any action figures. If I'm watching my favourite film again, its because its my favourite film and I'll enjoy watching it again intently.
