£500m. I'd go straight ahead and drop £490m of that into various charities and relief funds to try to save lives elsewhere.

The £10m would simply go towards living comfortably.

It depends on my chances of being caught and who the person is. If it's scruffy the drunk hobo $5000 noone cares about him anyway. If it's Jesus Christ where talking millions.

I'd take anything around £100,000+, but I'd have to have a water tight alibi. Would be more for power figures, anything like politicians, crime bosses etc.
And I'd except that for people I had met too. Can't say there are many I wouldn't kill given enough cash and an alibi.
A paid assassin is always an acceptable career move.

I wouldn't kill anyone, not even if my life depended on it, not unless the person was really, really horrible and evil and mean, even then I'll feel really bad about it afterwards.

Depending on criteria for hire.

I'd go as low as around five grand, this would be for low level stuff, like vendettas and such, up to around fifty thousand, for professional work, such as political or mob based assassination.

I'd like my money in pennies, nickels and dimes.

I'd love to ask the escapists if any of them have ever killed someone, but I don't think it would be possible to filter the trolls from the truth. Instead I would love to know if any of you know anybody who has killed - as in homocide, outside of war or policing - in the past, and what they were like, and if it changed how you felt about them drasticaly.

I have been aquaintance to two murderers that I know of, but who really knows if there were more. The first was an incredibly disturbed guy, a friend of my friends older brother but I knew him quite well regardless (had been on holidays with him etc.). He murdered and then mutilated the body of a man who raped his friend.

Another, I worked with. A friend of bikies, though not a bikie himself, he found himself in a lot of messy situatons. He killed a man for a drug related transaction gone sour, changed his name and took on a new life.

Neither of these people surprised me when I found out their past. The first one made me feel very off when I found out. I was only about 15 and learning someone I had hung out with for a long time was quite disturbed.

The second, did not change my feelings at all about him. I knew he was a bit of a loose cannon from working together, and I knew he had a shady past. Being a few years older may have helped, but I lost no respect for this man.

As for being on topic I would say 1,250,000 pounds. I think I would kill a man for less, if I knew he was bad, but to say for sure to killing an innocent person... Well, that is something that stays with you forever, and will eat away at your soul as you try to enjoy your money. Stronger men than any of you have done it and found themselves consumed by guilt. It takes a real son of a ***** to feel nothing at all when killing an innocent family man, and I know it would get the best of me - the 1.25 million is for me to spend on the few weeks before guilt forces me to suicide.
