I am definitely picking up Pokemon Black and White and Skyrim. I am more than likely picking up a 3DS...more than likely...I have catching up to do anyway: Singularity, Fist of the North Star and, I'm counting the HD re-release of Shadow of the Colossus and Ico as catching up since I missed them the first time around.

I'm moving down south so most of my money is going towards that. Another thing non-gaming related is my obsessive need to finish my Discworld collection. I am not even halfway there yet...

I've been playing Playstation games this year that I've missed out on. It's not too expensive because they're old (Metal Gear Solid 4: $9, Uncharted 1 and 2: $30 together, and others).
Dragon Age 2, Mass Effect 3, and Skyrim are the only new games I know I'm going to buy this year (unless LA Noire turns out to be good and unless Skyward Sword comes out ever)

I will almost pick up EITHER Deus Ex HR OR ME3 on release day though, my inner fanboy cannot wait.

Despite the (utter) lack of a large number of good games coming out in 2011, it'll cost me my yearly gaming budget of $3 840. Guess I'll mostly buy older games.

Gamewise, not much. I only plan to buy Uncharted 3 and Portal 2. If Portal 2 doesn't come out in 2011, I'll cave in and get Arkham City.

I'd say 900 or so, counting some PC parts+ all the games I really want. But who knows, their may be earlier/pushed release dates and things like that. :3

Actually I think you can build a full computer for about $750

So far 2011 has cost me $600 but its probably going to reach into $1000+

None of it is going to games though....
