Wow. Not having the best month was she? Think I would go mad with rage if I had to make all those phone calls. The customer support isn't all that bad though. I think the people behind the phone do see the logic but they have to stick to what they are told to say or they could get into a spot of bother.

Well I guess this would be the way for me to finally purchase a PS3.

If you wanted to get it into a news article then the best bet would have been to talk to a staff member about it. However, all I can say is that this is nothing more then a bad case of bad customer support. It happens. If you're friend wants to do something about it, I would suggest contacting a lawyer. If she feels that would be going to far, then tell her to buy a new Xbox and account and forget about it. Its a shame, but those are her only real options.

Another reason to buy a PS3, along with God Hand. Pity the price is still above my range, and I'd never get much use out of it...
