Fallen out with all my old friends. Just drifted from them. I'm a shut in now with only online friends... well I have adult friends but I don't hang out with them. I'm an internet shut in. And I'm just fine with that. Though actualy going outside ehhh few times a week, minus walking the dog.

I used to do nothing but spend time playing video games. As of recent years (I.E. full-time job, moving out of home, having real mates (Not ones that only agree with you on what games are good. The kind you would die/kill for, and vice versa), video games becoming pretty shit) however, I spend more time going out and doing things. Hell, my consoles are hardly ever on anymore.

Let me put it to you this way: I only recently discovered the existence of sunlight, outside the area of my computer monitor.

Hmm, it does vary mostly because I work a lot. However I'd say at least once or twice a week, often more. Of course, sometimes I'll go a streak where I don't like this month I haven't gone out much because I've been working too much. Work/Sleep has been my life since Aug 1st.

These days, about 3-4 times a week. It's usually with a group of 3 or so friends, but it's also with just one person. We generally just hang out, get stuff to eat, make jokes, etc etc while roaming my city.

In previous years of my life, it wasn't even one time a week.

In weeks of school or work, I rarely hang out with people unless they come over on their own, because I get tired and the last thing I want are more people that I have to talk to.

When I was in college pretty much every day. When you live in the same apartment block as a lot of your friends it's difficult not to run into people.
I'm working 5 days a week for the Summer now though so I see my boyfriend twice a week and try to see my friends at least two or three times depending on who it is. We tend to all go out on Saturdays which is nice.

School Monday to Friday.

Saturaday: work to 12 am, then bother my best friend.

Sunday: Lasy day or go to friends, depends on my mood.

Thats a basicly sample of my week.

Variable. Had a few months of near-complete isolation, followed by a flurry of Going Out and Doing Activities. Can't wait to get back to college. Turns out I hate being alone.

No enough to really qualify as a social life, but enough to not be a shut in.
Basically this. I kind of alternate, too: for example, I went to a massive park with loads of strangers yesterday, I'm going out with my friend today, another friend on Tuesday, to the cinema with two more on Wednesday and I'll be seeing a load of people at GCSE results day on Thursday. But I can go a very long time without going out sometimes.

I don't really have a problem with it. One of my friends does, but I'm not taking advice from someone who's trapped herself in an emotionally abusive relationship, so...

I go out enough that I have a wifebeater tan. On weekdays I go to work (outdoor construction work for 8 hours a day), and on Friday nights, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons, I go to my MMA club. I also tend to go out running at least once a week. And of course, there's the obligatory check mail/grocery shopping/go to bank errands to run.

About once a week, maybe less. Kinda hard at the moment because most of my old friendship circle has left our local town for jobs, uni or whatnot meaning that after coming back from uni there's only a few of us left.
But yeah I find getting out any less than once a fortnight has a large effect on my mental well being.

EDIT= "abotu once a week" depends on how you define "getting out"- if you mean getting out the house in general then everyday, cant stand being cooped out for more then a few hours, the "about once a week" more accurately describes going drinking and/or partying.

Once a week for PnP roleplay and at least once a week I'll hang out with someone down the pub or something. TBH though schedule wise its hard to organise as two people are married, one has a kid and I work odd hours. Ah the joy of being a grown up.

Not often when compared to most others.
Enough for myself though.
Can't say I feel some pressing need to get out more.

Let's see, in the last 2 weeks I went to the science museum with my friends, and went to my friends house for a BBQ. That is also all the times I've interacted with anyone bar my family outside of school this year. And I was bored at both of those, I much prefer solitude.

Anywhere between 2 and 7 times a week, not including when I just see people round uni.

I have to leave the house at least three days a week to go to uni. There are a few people I usually talk to, but I wouldn't consider them friends. I prefer to sit on my own in lectures and go to the library during breaks. On non-uni days I leave the house fairly often, but never for socialising purposes. I just go out for walks, or go running with my dog, because I get fidgety if I'm cooped up indoors for too long.

So: Friends? No. Fresh air? Plenty.
