How often do you get quoted here?

Not that often to be honest. The only time I usually get quoted is from a forum game because I am having a conversation with someone but other then that I very rarely get quoted. But random people have started to PM me for some reason recently, I guess I am just an interesting person

Used to be quoted a lot because (as smug as I may sound saying this) I used to be one of the more 'recognizable' people on the boards. Then after nearly a year of being gone hardly anyone knows me or read my posts.

Hopefully I can get that status back with the refitting of Tiem magazine and my projects.

Every 5-10. It depends on how heated the topics I post are. There are some topics I can't make a post without being quoted 2-3-4 times.

I get quotes all the time . Mostly when i say something incredibly stupide or inquedibly smart . Right now i have abot 34 unread quotes in my message box . But it's mostly because i made a thread yesterday and people are hating on me . I don't mind though.

I got quoted up the wazoo when I made a post about consumers being whiny bitches in one thread asking why companies charge for things they've worked hard on, rather than giving them away for free.

Sheer number? Not often, because I only post when I have something I really deem worthy of saying (except for now? Hypocrisy much?). Per-post, pretty high frequency, because usually I say something reasonable un-dumb and level-headed people tend to agree. This goes mostly for advice threads, where apparently my input is usually appreciated.

Every now and then, I'd say. Like krazykidd said, it's mostly when I say something smart, manage to piss someone off, somehow, or say something that's prospectively stupid.

Y'know what bugs me? How being quoted's become a bit of a semi-regular ego boost. "No quotes today? Aww."

I really don't want to start an AITOO thread but... anyone else feel like that on occasion? I'm guessing it's along the same lines as not getting a phone call per day. On the off days where the phone doesn't ring once, I sometimes wonder what the Hell is going on.
