How old are you and when did you start playing video-games.

25 or 1/3 dead, as I like to say.

First game I played was a monty python platformer when I was 3-4, and then Commander Keen when I was 5.

31. My first console was a NES when I was 8 years old.
I cannot recall ever being in an arcade or similar before, and Atari or Commodere were never that big here.
My last console was the Super NES, after which I became a PC gamer. I only recently rejoined the dark side with my PS3 and now also a PSP ^.^

My VERY first time? I was probably playing on my friends older brothers NES. It was Mario!

Im 16 and I started playing video games when I was 4. The first game I played was starcraft. I must have been a pissoff to my teammates on reflection.

To answer the question, again, I am 19, and I started playing video games when I was 7, upon first receiving my PSX.

Started playing when I was 3. ZX Spectrum 81. Obviously I didn't have a lot of insight as to what I was doing, but pressing the rubber keys made things move. That was enough, at that point, to get me hooked.

I think I enjoyed the loading screen noises more than the games at that age, right enough!

I had a ZX Spectrum too! (I still have it actually, and it works). And yeah, the loading screen and noises... so so special! Part of me was convinced that it's from another planet.

OT I am 25, and I remember me being around 5 when my parents got the Spectrum, and I spent hours playing a game called Cookies (with joystick, mind you).
