Haven't because I don't want to die of lung cancer or a collapsed lung. :D

Also, all of you guys who did it because the girl you liked smoked are hilarious.

23? 24? I think... I was drunk off my keister and didn't have my pipe or any cigars around. A friend offered me a cigarette. I accepted. Wasn't bad, but I stuck with cigars and pipes.

I smoke once, maybe twice a week maximum. Don't want it to become a real habit. It's my little mellowing reward for making it through the week without strangling anyone.

A fan of Bill Hicks I take it?

OT: First cigarette was when I was 16 at a party. First joint was... 14 maybe? So yeah, I did things backwards.I plan to give up at some point in the near future, but I haven't decided when. Perhaps when I run out of tobacco and packs. which should be in about a week, maybe 2. Possibly 3 if I manage to cut down successfully.

I know, I'm quite good with making jokes. That's irrelevant right now, though.
But on a serious note. So you've never done anything to fit in because of a girl you liked or a group of friends you hung out with? Why is that hilarious if cigarettes just so happened to be part of the equation? This sort of thing is very common in society, you know doing things to fit in.

No, I haven't. I don't see any reason to become anything like them. I am only friends with people I know like the same things as me and am only interested in girls who share similar interests as me. I will not go out of my way to get into something to get closer to someone else.

The mere fact that you would kill yourself to be with a girl is immensely amusing to me, and that's why it's hilarious when cigarettes are a part of the equation.

I was given it by my father. I coughed like crazy. I don't plan on smoking again. Is that good or bad parenting?
good.

OT: I don't know, I tried it with my parents, too. But I guess I smoked a half cigarette after one of my final exams in school and at one weekend just to screw with some friends.

Well you must be special. Now if I didn't like the cigarette I probably wouldn't have continued smoking from that point on but unfortunately it didn't happen that way.

Never.
Personally, I'd rather lick a street.
That goes for ALL types of smoking, weed included.
(Smoking weed is actually 3-5 times worse than regular smoking)

About 13? I think. My camp counselor rolled me one of his (hand-rolled, unfiltered) once when I expressed curiosity about it while we were discussing Piers Anthony books.

Good lord, that was awful.

Mostly natural plant is somehow worse than chemically altered tobacco with about a million other chemicals mixed in?

What source are you getting this 3-5 times worse stuff from?

13 if I remember correctly, I didn't hate it but I didn't like it enough to keep going. I've had a few since over the course of my life but I'll never get into that horrible habit. I am kind of surprised that so many people haven't tried it though, just to see what all the fuss is about. It is not like your morals will completely change or you will get addicted off of a single one.
