Once in the last year or so. I get written down in my friends odd quote book more often then I get quoted online.

"Sorry! Do you mind if I lick the side of your Time Lord?" is one that comes to mind.

Doesn't work. The mechanism that PMs you when you're quoted is a relatively new addition - the number of months I've been here is greater than the number of months the quote PMs have been sent. The number would be skewed for the longer-term members.

Well out of my 547 posts, I was quoted 228 times.

But I just realized that means nothing, seeing as some of them might have been quoting the same post. But I just got out of bed and my mind isn't working too well, so make of it what you will.

My thoughts exactly.

I haven't counted, but I get quoted a decent amount. Then again, I'm at home all day for the moment, so the aforementioned issue is involved.

I delete all quotes after I read them.
But I'd hazard a guess at two to three a day. I believe most my quotes often have 'This.' written beneath them, although a couple strongly disagree and some point out if I made a mistake of some sort.
Ego wise, it doesn't really do anything. For me at least.
