5'10" Have been since I was 13, so those of you saying you're still growing because you're 14, don't count on it.
Exactly. I've been my current height of 182cm since I was 13 years old too, and everyone seems to think that they will still grow based on their age. It's not age, it's pubertal stage that's more accurate; if you were an early bloomer (like I was, and assume that you were), you will most likely stop early. So those guys thinking that they will still grow based on age, I wouldn't count on it like this guy says.
By the way, I laugh at the guys who are like 6'2" and say that they are only average height. Last time that I checked, the average for a man was about 5'8.5" barefoot (5'9.5" or so in your average shoe), so those guys who are like 5'10" and say that they are short are misleading themselves. I mean, if you go outside I bet that you are not shorter than most guys, if anything you would most likely be somewhat taller than most guys. That is if of course that is 5'10" (or whatever) barefoot, and not in shoes like many seem to do with their heights...
At my height of 182cm I am noticeably taller than most guys in almost any crowd, and many of the so called 6 foot guys only seem to be about 5'7" at the most, and I look down on them. When I tell them my true height (about 5'11.5" for you non-imperial folks), they all try to blow it all off and say crap like "well you look taller" or " OK, maybe I am not taller than you, I am about your height or maybe a bit less" lol, even though it's obvious that they really are not. One guy (really no taller than 5'7") got really pissed that I disproved his long held notion of him being 6 feet, and he actually almost started to cry.
Almost everywhere I go people remark on my height, and almost everyone seems to think that I am 6'3"+ or so, and all because I don't lie through my front teeth like the "6 foot" guys.
