How to Catch an Arceus in Pokemon Black and White

Step One: Preparations
Before you start on your quest to catch Arceus make sure you have the following things:

-Level 1 Togepi holding a Lucky Egg
-The remaining 5 slots should include Happiny, Pichu, Magby, Bonzleaf, Elekid in no particular order (all level 100, no evolving!)
-All of the Element Plates
-372 Great Balls
-1 Pokeball
-666 Ultra Balls
-34 Dusk Balls
-3 Super Potions at position 5 in your medicine bag
-The Super Rod

Step Two: Execution
For the next step go to the Great Chasm

-Have Togepi battle 1,000 Audinos
-Go to Victory Road
-Defeat 50 Deinos
-Go to Celestial Tower

Step Three: Summoning Arceus
Once you have defeated 1000 Audinos and 50 Deinos ascend the Celestial Tower.

-When you?re at the top walk over to the bell and click on it.

Arceus should appear afterward.

STEPS TO CATCH DEOXYS IN POKEMON BLACK AND WHITE!!

STEP ONE!
You must have acquired all 8 badges and obtained the national dex within 12 hours. You will be unable to catch Deoxys from 12:01 on.

STEP TWO!
You must send 386 Pokemon into the Dream World. You can start this as soon as you are able to use Game Sync, it's just that Deoxys won't appear until step one is complete.

STEP THREE!
Once you get the 386th Pokemon back from DW, Fennel will call you on the XTransever. Go back to her apartment where she challenges you to a Pokemon Battle. She will have a full party of level 100 Pokemon (Magikarp, Sneasle, Drowsee, Hypno, Munna and, Musharna). After beating her, a loud crash will shake the screen. Go downstairs and outside to find an egg in the center of town. This egg will hatch a level 1 Deoxys
