the first thing you have to do. is allow yourself the time to even play a metal gear game on your first time playthough. the reason is becase the amount of cutscenes sometimes overwieghs the entire game. if you have an hours time to play the game really only plan on playing the actual game for twenty minutes at best. as for difficulty settings, dont ever play a game on the lowest setting. youll breeze though the game or just maybe loose interest in it all entirely. i suggest always playing at the middle first. that way if its too hard you can always lower the setting or set it higher. The most important thing to remember is its a stealth game so dont do anything in the game that you know would get caught in real life. Metal gear games are unforgiving and if your caught your pretty much dead. oh and watch all the cutcenes cause there intersting and well crafted animations. after you beat then challenge yourself with beatind it with a better time and harder difficulty settings. then you can skip the scenes since youve seen them unless you want to watch your favorites again.
