How to pick up a girl in said situation..(yeah yeah another one)

Dear fellow escapists, I normally wouldn't ask how to pick up girls because I am perfectly fine at it, but this is a situation I have no experience with. Story time!

So basically I have a two locker separation between a girl and I. Said girl has been going to my highschool for just as long as me yet we have never actually had any classes together or met at a party. I'm fine with picking up girls at parties or other similar social situations, but never locker small chat. We are both in grade 12 now and I figure I may as well take the opportunity while she's right beside me every morning/lunch/afterschool for about a minute. The only problem is, I don't know what to say that wont make me sound like a creep or anything!

Now I know I'm not bad looking because I have been labeled as hot/cute by many girls in my school, and me and her have both locked eyes more times than one. Sometimes I even catch her glancing at me in my peripherals while we are getting stuff from our lockers (Ok maybe Im just hoping that in my head, she could just be looking down the hallway). Anyway, how would you suggest I pick her up? (or at least make enough small chat to warrant a facebook friend request)

I was thinking something along the lines of getting her tickets to something she likes, and then turn them INTO DIAMONDS on a horse..? xD

Throw a party, invite everyone, invite her.

Or punch her, there is a lot in between this and actually picking her up but at least you'll get on "talking" terms with her, just from more of a shouty insulty way.

Yeah I don't know, I'd suggest just saying hi when you look at each other and see if a conversation starts, I'm not one for planning things.

You could do what i did and invite her to a gathering your club is having. if you are in a club, or if they are doing some sort of gathering.
OR
DROP YOUR BALLS, PUT ON YOUR MAN PANTIES, AND ASK HER OUT ON A DATE! DONKEY! not really... depends on how elaborate or simple you want to get. If your feeling confident then just go up and talk to her. If your not so confident then find a segway to lead into a conversation. you could even grab an ice cube, smash it on the floor and say "Now that the ice is broken..." and continue from there.

I'd go up to her at some point just before she's due to go to her locker and, as casually as possible, ask her if she's seen some valuable page of notes/assignment or homework sheet that you have lost. If she asks why you're asking her just say you last saw it near your locker and thought since she's close by she might have seen something. Anyway, just keep chatting small talk about how annoying it is when people pinch stuff until she opens her locker, and voila- inside her locker is your sheet of notes, slipped under the door earlier by *someone*... (that's you by the way). Pick it up and give her a sly grin and start playfully accusing her of stealing it herself. She'll either be astonished that it was there and be focused on proving her innocence to you, or will figure out it was you and accuse you of doing it just to talk with her.

Whichever it is, just hear none of it and keep playfully accusing her of doing it just to talk with you as you slip it into a folder and get ready to go to a class (real or imagined). Cut her off at some point and casually say that you have to get to class, but that the matter ain't over. Make sure you say all that with plenty of tongue in cheek, as if even if she had done it you didn't really mind. Make your exit, and she'll be thinking about you for the rest of the day.

Better still, next time you're both at your lockers you're pretty much guaranteed that she'll strike up a conversation with you, either to continue pleading her innocence or continue labeling you as the culprit. If she's a bit shy about doing so just flash her that sly smile without saying anything when you're both at your lockers. Throw in a slow head shake as you return focus back to your locker too and it should do the trick. Continue to pretend it's all a ploy from her with plenty of 'yeah, yeah, yeahs' etc.

You can either wait through several of these encounters to ease into a date proposition, which is fun but risks her putting you in the friend zone, or you can grab the bull by the horns and on the second or third (but NOT the first!) such conversation just say (again casually) "Alright, how about we sort this out once and for all over coffee/lunch/dinner sometime? Which you ask depends on the girl really, just make sure it's something away from school with just the two of you. After that you'll be cruising.

When you're both at the lockers say - "Hi I'm *name*". Extend a hand if you feel like it, or something like that but less formal.

You could always try the caveman approach......

All you have to do is knock her out with a club and then drag her by her hair back to your cave.

I've never tried this approach myself but I hear it works for some people.

Don't do the tickets thing if you really haven't ever talked to her. You said you wanted to avoid being creepy, not cause it.

Simple is the best. I like Squilookle's idea (from what I read of the wall of text), but it just seems rather elaborate.

Refer to the Genie in Aladdin. "If you wanna court the little lady then ya gotta be a straight shooter...Tell. Her. The. TRUTH." Any awkward situation can turn into an ice breaker by addressing the awkwardness.

"Hi, I'm Name. Even if it's extremely awkward, I just thought I'd tell you that you are really pretty."

Well the only thing that this thread is abour is Step 1. And thats what I need help with (how should I introduce myself/strike up small talk with out being lame and saying "hi Im , whats up?") I can easily do it at a social gathering but my friends arent at parties with her friends.
