Tell your brother to quit complaining, it's snowing here and that's a hell of a lot worse. He can deal.

Maybe move to Atacama?

It's a bug that hasn't been fixed yet. There isn't really anything you can do about it.

No, a new patch is coming out on the 25th of Feb. It should plug some of those hole that has been around since the beta.

Blow up the sun. By removing our planet's main source of heat, you'll remove any chance of water evaporating, in which case clouds can't form. Then we won't have to deal with that stupid water shit anymore. It's all lemonade and root beer from here, guys.

Hit your life's escape button, go to <Options<Graphics<Advanced and turn off environmental effects. That also stops snow, fog and global warming.

Make a portable solar powered gun that fires off a beam of pure heat that is just strong enough to dry the rain and not strong enough to set things on fire. A battery powered hair dryer you might say or he can always move to africa

Right click on your taskbar and select Task Manager. Right click on the "rain.exe" application and select "Go to procces..." and then click on "End procces". Clicking on "End procces tree" ends all weather effects, but it bugs the sun for about a day, causing it to change from night to day in 1 second. If that fails, google the world google to shut down the central universal server. IF THAT FAILS, DIVIDE BY ZERO!

That's only supposed to fix snow and hail though, the rain won't be fixed for a while yet. I've heard they're turning the servers off in 2012 so we'll probably never get a fix.

OT: Put up a really big plastic sheet just under the clouds, it's catch the rain before it reaches you.
