....nice...but i think this leads to harm persons...I'm more a person of "doing" things...
Buy an old Game system, take it apart, put it back together after cleaning it... My NES and SNES are remarkably clean...

nice idea...and i don't have to buy one since my room is full of "yet-to-clean" videogame systems...and its a good purpose...
The greater good...
Question? What all systems do you have?

Okay i got: Atari 2600,Atari 5600, C64, Amiga 500, Amiga CD32, NES, SNES, N64, PS1, PS2, Master System, Mega Drive(Genesis in US) and an old defunct Arcade cabinet...

my knuckles can attest to various fights with walls. it works, vents anger, gives you something to remember it by and makes sure you dont hurt anyone else. worst you can do is break your hand if you punch stupidly which again will at least distract you.

Work out. Get those endorphins pumping. Do so many chin ups that you're too exhausted to care about that ***** and her loose snatch.

Add in Dreamcast, GBA, GBC, 3 360s, DS lite, "OG" Xbox, and I may be missing some (We were counting handhelds and "new" consoles, Right?) -the striked out ones...
Nice collection...

Put two phonebooks together by overlapping each page with a page from the other phonebook.
Then try and pull it apart.
It can either work as a stress reliever, or a stress builder.
My suggestions suck...

Extremely violent video games where I can punch things in the face till their head explodes... At least that works for me. Or just takin' a nice long nap.

Don't do what my cousin did and start punching the wall!
I've broken two fingers and fractured many more doing that. Not to mention the amount of holes I've put in walls.

That was some hard snipping... But, I'm glad you feel better (Game talk helps all) But, yeah... The Dreamcast would be better if I could find my "sack" (it's a case) of games for it...

Go for a run whenever it gets to you. It helps wonderfully.
Don't do that. I did it once when I got really pissed off at school and I ended up in town (15km away) totally exhausted.

When I am frustrated with something I step into the ring with a mate for a round of boxing. Failing that, you could:

a) Scream like mad.

b) Punch your pillows in an attempt to vent your frustrations

c) Walk it off.

d) Talk to someone

e) Yoga

Smack that ***** up.

For God's sake I'm kidding. Hit something, play a lot of MW on Regular difficulty and unload entire clips into people's chests, things like that.
