How was your evening?

Title says it all.

I did a lot of yard work, ate some Cookout, watched Thor, played Portal 2 and some Gears beta, trolled some, got trolled, and realized the Escapist has some stupid people on it that make me lol then realized I would still rather be here than some various other places. So overall a pretty boring normal day.

So Escapists what did you do over your fine Saturdays.

Hockey Night in Canada. NHL Playoffs. Nashville vs Vancouver Game 5.

I'm sure that most Canadians (and people who lived in the Nashville area) did the same thing.

Despite Vancouver losing (a close one 4-3), it was a damn good game, meaning I had a damn good night.

I've been meandering the internet, a bit of FunnyJunk here, some Cinema Snob there. Waiting to see if any of my posts get replies.

Unfortunately, it's been one of those nights where I really start to feel alone. After hearing about some of the recent members who've dropped from the Escapist after a long and wonderful existence here, I'm feeling kinda down.

Worst part about it is that I shouldn't. I was paid on Friday, money is starting to slowly trickle back into my savings, tax returns are on the way, and Monday was my 21st.

I want a hug.

Was also playing Dead Space and now I'm going to bed. xD Will probably play some Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker for a bit, but we'll see. I think I might pass out as soon as I hit the sheets. xD

pretty damn awesome spent the day hanging out with the anime club (which is pretty much just a group of nerdy girl lol) joked around, rode inside grocery carts at the grocery store, had a lil fire+made smores, etc. today was pretty awesome

Pretty good. celebrated my b-day today since it was the best day. And I got to watch the Preds whoop some Canucks ass. all in all, good day.

Spent some of the afternoon trying to help my brother figure out the "find my iPod" application on his new iPod (yes, I called it an 'application' as opposed to an 'app'; step off!) and got an Arizona green tea out of it, watched my boyfriend perform with the big band he's lead trumpet for, went out to a restaurant with him and some of aforementioned big band members and had a swell time there. Minus the pain in the ass of nearly an hour and a half of bus travel, splendid Saturday.

Pretty mixed. Got to see a friend of the family's daughter receive her first Holy Communion, but I also found out that a friend of mine's mother passed away this afternoon...

Not great. Worked from three to ten, got physically sick from the free food my work was giving to employees, tried calling my girlfriend, but she was already asleep, and wandered aimlessly through the internet since then.

I went for a short run, my buddy came over for some split screen portal 2, did some laundry (SHIT! I left my laundry in the washer). Took a sweet sweet nap, then took my motorcycle to the bowling ally. Met my friend's new girlfriend, and his sister's friend for the first time. They're both very cool. Now I have to do some emergency transcription of some choir music into the key of Bb so I can play the accompaniment with the clarinet in church tomorrow.... and put my laundry in the dryer.

Played a gig. To my surprise people genuinely seemed to like it, someone even offered to book us a tour so I'll follow that up and see how it goes. Girlfriend met me at the show, drunk all the alcohol on my rider (fine by me, I don't drink) and we were going to go home together but she wanted to acquire some 'chemical entertainment products' so I let her go off and do that, then she came around to my house later, she's sleeping it off as I type. Today while she's dozing I've been fucking around with my Minecraft train track, trying to make my multi-km loops completely self-powered with the new powered rails.

it was eather high school musical 3 Pirtates of the caribean 2 or shrek the third on TV, I wasnt actually watching TV but I like to have background noise

anyway I settled on highschool musical because it was kind of endearing in a way...shrek the third was just unbeleivibly painful to listen to

then Body of lies was on and it was a surprisingly good action thriller

anyway I was actually playing assasins creed and working on my model supermutant (Held together with super glue, clay, PVA glue and wishful thinking...)
