I definitely eat well. I also drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
If anything I should cut back on caffeine.
Also, I need to start consuming all the herb teas that I seem to buy but never drink.

depends on if I am at work. At work, food usually suffers, unless me and my coworkers go to a healthy restaurant, which is unlikely. I do try to mitigate it with healthy snacks. On the other hand, Water intake is pretty good. I drink between 3 and 5 liters a day when I am at work.
When I'm not at work, the tables turn, my food intake is excellent (proper fruits/veggies, meats, dairy), but my water intake starts going awful.

1:I eat healthy enough.I eat more meat than vegetables though,so I need to cut down on mah pork'n'beefs.I never snack on sugary stuff,I'm very sensitive to sugar and most sweets leave a sickening feeling in my mouth and stomach.I tend to eat bitter and spicy stuff.
I never eat fast food, except for the occasional pizza hut buffet after an airsoft match.I pig on their salad, those bastards make better salads than pizza.
If I do end up eating crap,I never gain weight,I'm really lean, but the athletic type, not skeletor lean.
IF tea counts as water, then yes,I drink enough.I always bring my hydration pack with 3l of water and a thermos with tea in it i'f i'm going out cycling, airsofting or on a hike.

Most of my lunches are toasted sandwiches, my dinners are either Fish and Chips or Homemade Pizza/Pasta [Pizza absolutely covered with cheese and with some ham, Pasta depends on what type as to what goes with it]. My breakfasts don't exist because I either get up too late and have lunch instead, or get up before breakfast, and have somewhere else I need to be.
I also constantly eat lollies and such throughout the day.

2, Water.
Depends on the day.
Normal days I'll have 1-2 glasses a day, sometimes none.
Hot days I'll have 2-4 glasses a day.
Days that I've got work I'll drink 2-3 glasses a day.
Hot days that I have work I'll drink 4-6 glasses a day.
In general though, nowhere near what I should supposedly be drinking.

So guys, do you eat well? Do you drink enough water? And if not, do you want to change that?
Not really, Nope and Nope again.

Don't eat that well - its not terribad but its not good either, don't drink enough, and I'm not looking at changing that. As is I'm quite fine: Just within the BMI range [More on the skinny side], my water intake is enough to get me through the day without any troubles, and I'd rather enjoy the food that I'm eating, despite not really doing well by my body, than not enjoy it and be treating my body well. My body is for enjoying life with, and stopping that enjoyment to take care of it would be like selling a car to buy fuel for it.

I generally eat a breakfast (porridge/toast) and one evening meal. Sometimes I have something for lunch like hummus and crackers/bacon butty/cheese on toast/pizza.

For my main meals I tend to eat one heavy meal a week (roast dinner/stew and dumplings), 2 healthy lighter meals (spag-bol/stirfry/pasta), 3 junky meals (kev and chips/battered fish and chips) and I have a day where I don't eat anything at all really (just breakfast and lunch). Every few weeks I eat a takeaway.

I pretty much only drink tea (around 5 cups a day), with the occassional glass of water or fruit juice if I'm feeling dehydrated.

I've been living in a vegetarian houseshare for the past year. I'm not vegetarian myself, but because most of the people (including the owner) living here are vegetarian, no meat is allowed in the house.
DUDE. RUN!!!! AND NEVER RETURN!!!

As for me... I got diagnosed with Coeliac Disease earlier this year, so I'm sorta kinda still getting used to a gluten-free diet. Which can be tricky, but it cuts out quite a lot of bad stuff... so yeah, I reckon I'm eating fairly healthily at present, barring the occasional gluten-tastrophe (It's a word, dammit!!!) And I've always drunk a lot of water. I have quite an active lifestyle, so I tend to suffer if I don't keep well-hydrated.

Plain (tap) water usually makes me gip but I like flavoured water and try drink a lot of that a day.
Some days I'll go ages having no cola, then I'll have like 2 bottles a day o.o I try drink fresh orange juice more though.

My diet is terrible, I usually skip breakfast, have a sandwich for lunch and maybe a sandwich for tea. I just end up snacking in between and I have the worst sweet tooth.
It's hard when I work late because when I get in I'm not in the mood to cook and it'll take too long anyway.
I do love stuff like fruit and veg so eating more of that won't be a problem.

1. Well I'm poor and in college... on a good day I haven;t eaten in 3 days... on a bad day I get a burger at McDonald's... so yeah... but the meat of my diet is rice... about half a cup a day with a side of olives or some other canned vegtable... gotta space that shit out...

2. as far as drink goes it's either kool ade or nothing... usualy just a cup or two... because there is nothing else to drink... and the water tastes weird...<.<

My diet is ok I would say. I have plenty of healthy main meals which include veg, meat etc but I ruin it with a crap load of chocolate. As for water, I drink enough so that's good, but I've recently added Pepsi into my drinking list. damn you 2 litre pepsi for 89p, damn youuuu!
