I know I once saw a live stream of a knee replacement surgery. It was sooooooo cooooool. :3

I know surgery is awesome, because it's is a manifestation of our advances in medical science over the years (which means the tubes are also awesome)...

never said they're fun, though... but still awesome...

Dr. Jekyll wasn't really clear on the anesthesia content. <.<

Ugh, they need to be more careful with longterm patients, my stitches got infected and it was both excruciating and disfiguring.

They didn't even give me enough anesthesia. I woke up 2 hours later in massive pain. >.<

Being tired, in pain and having a massive urge to go home... not a good combo. No sirree.

@xmbts: ouch... well, I wont blame surgery on that, just the either lazy or unprofessional medical-staff

@Steeple: Appendicitis. That too in a the danger stage. Had I waited any longer, I would've been kaput in the least dramatic fashion. But the stitches hurt and taking them out hurt even more. Also, did I mention that this happened when I was a wee lad? My damage threshold was way low them. >.>

I know I've also had appendicitis, it was certainly not fun having to wait about 12 hours for surgery once I got to the hospital, as well as transferring hospitals half way through, and it really didn't help that I didn't get to go to the bathroom the entire time...
