Well, since I am under you again I shall explain why so many people have had that avatar.
For starters, the reason I had that avatar was, when I was in the prime time of my posting (Like when I was on the site TONS) I used to change my avatar about twice every day. And that went on for ages so that is why I have used that avatar, it was just one of the many I had.
And as for everyone else, I guess they just liked Fuko.
