I predict one of three outcomes:

1. [u/]Enviromental disaster.[/u]
Something like Yellowstone park erupting or the Deccan traps or a super-earthquake. That sort of thing.

2. [u/]Disease[/u]
A virus may resist all vaccines and antibiotics and destroy humanity like that.

3. [u/]Us.[/u]
Look at the weapons we have now. Now think how more advanced they will be in about 200 years time. All it would take is one bomb.

There are 3 possibilities:
1. Big Crunch, the university will fall back into the place where the Big Bang was, and a new universe will be born.
2. Big Rip, I don't quite understand it, but I think it's about everything, including the smallest of particles and time itself will cease to exist.
3.Stars will die, the universe will be dark and cold, and slowly the particles will decay.
