"You like country, Hip Hop and rock now? What the fuck...? Wait you read comic books, too? Man, I don't even recognise you anymore."

And then I tell him/me that I interviewed Miracle of Sound and he says "Who the fuck is that?" And I ***** slap myself for swearing too much. And educate myself.

He'd gut punch me for being such a ******. I've really mellowed out these past few years.
Funnily enough, I'd gut punch younger me for being such a pansy.

He'd probably like how I am now. Maybe terrified that I want to go into the Royal Marines. Probably disappointed I'm not further into my writing career. But at least I've launched myself.

He probably would expect me to be a little taller.

"Wow, look at all your stuff. I can't believe you have four computers and own all the consoles! Hey, where are your friends?"

Past me would think I'm cool. His two biggest surprises would be that there is more music than metal and that only two or three friends from high school will be retained after graduation (and not the ones that I would think I would keep). Other than that, he would probably be proud.

If I were to talk to my 8th grade self, he'd be surprised to know that the games that he finds boring (Shadow of the Colossus, Pheonix Wright, Silent Hill) will be some of his favorite games. He would also love to hear the Mass Effect has a larger fan base than he thought.

I have always been one to look forward to the future and hate my past selves for the stupid mistakes that I have made. I am always learning, always improving, and never perfect.

Well, knowing myself back then... I think he'd hardly be interested in how I've become. He'd acknowledge the changes, have a 'meh, saw that coming' on what I'm currently doing with my life, then we'd sit down for either a game of chess or Super Smash Bros Brawl, whichever's closest, him being equally curious about the events that have caused my actual changes and the new characters and items in the game compared to the N64 version.

He would say : " Damn, you got hot ". BECAUSE I HAVE !!!!

Some people call me arrogant, but I just like being me.
This too!

Except when they call me arrogant I can't hear them over the sound of how much more awesome than them I am.
So I can assume that your avatar is usually how you look at yourself in the mirror?

"Now I really don't want to go to high school, if this is normal!" Seriously, I was a dick head as a child.

Back on topic now. These past two years have been utter indescribable shit. Having to deal with depression, one of my friends is now classified dead and is staying home for the next 4 days to die, someone who I thought I could count on turned on me, I lost my temper countless times, got into 2 fights where it was 3-1 (me being the 1) and people who hate me telling me face to face that they thought I should kill myself. I damn near did it too.

That said, these are probably the most important years for me because of these problems. I like to believe that we are defined as a person by how we deal with difficult situations. I just wish sometimes that I wasn't the one who people say has no concept of reality and how life works. Oh yes, very jolly for me indeed!

Captcha: how sweet.

"No way, you have a girlfriend? Who's Japanese!? And you live in Japan? Oh mah gawd that's so awesome! Why do you still have acne, though? I thought that shit would clear up once I hit 20..."

On the whole, I can imagine he would be quite pleased with his future self.

Past me would be disappointed because I'm in an office job and a 6 year relationship instead of in the worlds best band. And I would punch him, stuck up, prudey, preppy little so and so.

Wow hindsight would such be a dangerous thing...

Upset that I'm not a power ranger or that I don't have some sort of -mon.

Dumbstruck when I explain what bronies are.

Relieved when I explain I am not one.

Crying when I steal his G1 transformers.

Ecstatic when I give him the first two seasons of the Tick on DVD.

Devastated when he realizes he cannot play DVD's.

Curious when I leave him a MTG deck (preferably blue-mill deck).

Happy when he realizes how broken modern cards are compared to earlier expansions and how easily he can win.

I think younger me would have shot you. Five kids? Are you TRYING to destroy the earth with overpopulation? Other people got the birds and the bees from their parents, all I got was a talk from my dad that the vagina is not a clowncar. That's just far too many kids to have in a single family. You are barely into your thirties man! Just go watch Idiocracy.
4 kids and 1 step kid.

Always said I was going to have a big family, it's a Noon thing. I'm the youngest of 5 kids. My sister has 4 kids, my oldest brother has 6, second oldest has 3 and the last one has 3.

My dad has 4 brothers and a sister.

Our family likes to breed.

Don't like it? Unlucky.

It may be far too many kids if the parents can't cope but, as I said before, we're financially well off and I work whenever I want being my own boss.

Now I just need to pick a favourite and hope that one finds me a good retirement home when the time comes.

It depends on how much younger. If it were me that was 10 or below, he probably wouldn't talk to me due to having a crippling fear of teenagers. Oddly enough, people my own age or younger and adults were fine. I just hated those in between. D:

If it were me from two years ago, I wouldn't give him the chance to view me at all because I'd punch him in the mouth. I was a pessimistic douchebag at the age of thirteen. Luckily, I'm pretty sure it was a phase and I'm all better now. :D

Probably be disappointed in me for drinking, hooking up with women and forgetting their names the next day, and for owning a car. To put it simply, young me was a loser.
