I never bother with the 100% completion type of side quests, the ones where all you get is one step closer to being able to say you've 100%ed something. I may do them once the first time I come across that kind of quest, but as soon as I can tell its just going to be the same quest I had from that other guy, just in a different place I'll not bother with it unless absolutely necessary.
Side quests need to actually have a point to them. Collecting random junk doesn't add anything to the story or game and crucially isn't actually fun, so I'll ignore that. A quest where I infiltrate a party as a guest and kill them all off one by one is fun and it fits in with the story line so I'll do that multiple times on different play through.
