"Refined northern", apparently.

Which means I sound posh to anyone from more than a few miles away, but still from the north.
And to anyone further away, I sound like the god of seduction.

Maybe.

I have a quite high pitched and gentle voice. There's also a beautiful Irish accent in there too. :3

I have a mildly monotone voice (as is the pitch does not vary as much as some peoples) and my accent is standard English with a touch of Devon.

My voice has been described as posh by many people but I disagree, I think I just speak properly. I am from an area of north England where the English language has been twisted and distorted beyond recognition - I'm sure there are many English people who can relate.

The point being a long time ago I decided on my own terms that I didn't want to speak that way and have spoke 'properly' ever since.

Most new people I speak to think I'm not from the area and are quite surprised when I tell them I've lived here all my life.

A bit deep, not smooth, and the more I talk the rougher it gets over hours.

A mix between Australian and Pom, with a New Zealandish inflection jumping in randomly. Fush and chups, brah.

A man working in the Thai place down the road called it sexy. With a straight face.

My voice is like that of Tobey Maguire, after he has eaten gravel and gargled salt water.

Though other people tell me it's lower than average for my age, and carries a kind of eloquence. Which is nice, I guess.

I seriously have no freakin' idea. I mean, my voice sounds one way to me, but when we were testing out or webcam and replayed the video it sounded completely different to what I thought it did ... so yeah, I have no idea what I sound like.

Depends who I'm talking to. If I'm talking to normal customers I put on my only moderately deep voice with "happy pleasant tone" applied. If I'm talking to asshole dickhead fucktard reject little teenage customers, I use my deep voice combined with a don't-give-two-fucks tone.

To friends it's just monotone fairly deep voice. To friend's parents, it's the same as the normal customer voice.

Need moar clips here :p would put one up if i wasn't at school right now - but there's one in the "show us your accent" thread.

OT: I dunno, in my head it's kind of light medium, but recorded it's a lot deeper, and I think others interpret it like that too...been told it's more like deep medium. I also have a slight norwegian accent, and I obviously speak slowly. When I raise it it becomes a bit raspy and likely to crack.

Fairly deep, but tends to get high-pitched when excited or indignant.
The accent is a horrific blend of Australian and Mancunian, with the odd Irish phrase pooping up now and again.
