Remove aim assist completely, make the maps bigger, give weapons more range (but keep them hitscan), change movement speed based on primary weapon chosen (specific weapons within each category have different movement speeds based on their weight), have a playlist without perks (another without attachments and perks, another without killstreaks and perks, another without killstreaks, and another without killstreaks, perks, or attachments), remove the grenade launcher entirely, add in dedicated server support, with player controlled servers available for a fee.

I think that's about it.
