Kingdom Hearts
Make jumping easier/less sticky. Add 10cm to Sora's pants, the ones that he wear look too silly, even for someone like me.

1. Burnout 3: Takedown

2. More tracks. The game can feel repetitively awesome after 5-8 hours.

1. Resident Evil 4
2. Remove random drops its the only thing that keeps it from being the perfect survival horror game also make regenerators/iron maidens impossible to kill.

I'm doing my two favorite games

1. Metal Gear Solid 3
2. Rework the survival menu to either a real time system or pause only when hidden(like in a locker or hollowed out tree) or a request system(like in PW) also add an Ico type camera that lets you pan far away and make the areas a little less linear.

Make Mechwarrior 2 less than 15 years old, basically remove the technical limitations imposed on it by 1996 computing technology.

1. Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

2. Soup up the graphics, make it twice as long, triple the number of co-op missions, and fix the ****ing Bathhouse level so that the second half isn't the god damn anti-stealth.

Also stick in a cameo of Jack Ryan somewhere, a little something for fans of Tom Clancy's books.

Not necessarily my favorite game (One of the greatest mockeries ever made of the video game industry, really) but...
1. CoD: Black Ops
2. I imagine a complete redesign that actually makes it a stealth game with user interface-oriented scenarios like using dialogue options connected to buttons on the controller to talk your way out of confrontations rather than stabbing an officer through the arm, shooting him in the head, killing his partner, and running into the street outside firing a grenade launcher into the open at oncoming squad cars.

Rock Band 3

- Produce drum sets that last more than a year (my red breaks down every year).
- Treat online songs like a marketplace with corresponding weekly sales and evolving packs
- Allow the creation of a custom playlist that can be played as is or random at a players whim
- Allow Party Mode to change the venues you play in (as if this can't be done already)
- Apply song statistics to the difficulties they were played on. I don't like a song showing 5 stars or gold completion when I've never beat it on expert but aced it on medium a year ago.
- Provide options to hide each individual status bar on the screen when playing the game so to enjoy the background graphics as much as possible.
- Provide 'suggested' drum fills during songs...these would be entirely optional but give non-drummers a chance to better learn fills without having to go to a strict training mode.

I could go on but that's plenty.

Shadow of the Colossus
Fix the horse AI, add more cinamatics, More bonus items, make the world larger with little nods to history of the land, and replace the fourth colossus with something that doesnt take an hour to kill.

Paper Mario: TTYD

Include a quicksave feature, mainly for the Pit of 100 Trials but other long dungeons too.
Have the 2nd Glitz Pit Ladder be significantly harder, Pit-level difficulty or better, with a hugely buffed Rawk Hawk with new moves waiting for you at the end of it.
Have every Bowser 'interlude' include a side-scrolling level and make them a bit longer and more difficult.
Allow access to 'Luigi's Adventure' if you collect all the 'Super Luigi' Books.

Really, most of my fave games lack many major flaws, so my main request would be more (preferably challenging) content. This would go for Final Fantasy X and Twilight Princess as well.
