Gather every gamer I can conceivable find, head to White House, and start bitching en masse.

Or become ultra-violent purely out of spite.

I would not care, I do not go out of my way to follow the law as it is simply because there is no law in my country that prevents me from doing the things I want or I would want to do. I drank underaged very stupid move in retrospect but there you go thats life, If games were banned much like that I would still do it I'm smart enough to not get found out nor do I think anyone I know owuld give a shit enough to report me for it.

Still pretty much impossible for it to ever happen its like banning music or movies just try and watch the shitstorm unfold.

oohh, i dont know, Jack the Ripper, some book that describes step by step how he disembowels people or such (i have read some but dont remember the name), it would also work if i raped girls and blamed it to the books of "Sade" (i have read some too) or something like that, obviously something in tune, people have to realize how stupid it sounds that a "fictional" setting would make someone do anything.
If you can't remember the guy was called the Marquis de Sade [and that his name was 'Donatien Alphonse Francois'] or that his book was The 120 Days of Sodom you haven't read it, so stop trying to act like the big bad scary.

If you were trying to show your credentials as a reader of extremely warped books, your post would have mentioned The Wasp Factory front and centre.

If games are outlawed, only Outlaws will own games.
They can have my keyboard/controller when they pry it from my cold dead hand.

The world would be a much more violent place without video games. When I was a little kid video games were new and then they went bust for most of my teens after the Video Game crash of 1983.Games were there, but not many and most sucked.

Well,to make a five year story short:We were awful. It was Total Hooliganism.A city full of bored young dudes with nothing to do but skateboard and fight.Picture "A Clockwork Orange" w/o the rapes and that's how it was.And we didn't just fight each other,we fought the cops. And we never got caught, and we never got punished and we only stopped because we got bored.*

Luckily for us,games started getting better in the '90s,and our Hoodlumistic** tendencies abated over time.

*Also,we began to notice that girls liked us.Which was an unexpected surprise to many of us.

**If it wasn't a word before,it is now. So There.

well... i am sorry but i didn´t read the 120 days of sodomy i read "las desventuras de Justina" (WICH BY THE WAY I DONT KNOW HOW IT´S CALLED IN ENGLISH) and another book (that was more a play than a book it came bundled with) thats the book i was refering to, i am not bragging about anything i enjoy reading and i have read A LOT of things, and if you knew my favourite books are "Harry Potter" and "LOTR" so yeah, dont you dare think you know me, because you have no idea who i am, and you sound too stuck up to my taste, tune down your comments please, also "EL MARQUES DE SADE" a NAME in SPANISH (BECAUSE IF YOU DIDN´T KNEW I AM MEXICAN) is hard for me to TRANSLATE (AS IS THE "JUSTINA" BOOK), so you ultimately knew who i was talking about also i dont have a good memory on titles or writers but i recall the stories

dont go picking up fights trying to pretend you are better than anyone else, in no way i tryed to sound like i was a "big mean guy", i was just stating i had read some books about disembowelment and rape, and in context i was refering to them because they were "FICTIONAL" things, LIKE VIDEO GAMES, and they had never made me do anything.

just... dont try to even think that you are better than me, and post your comments in a tone apropiate to what was being said, you are not better than anyone in here so stop pretending and stop shooting down people that are obviously stating their opinions in a good way.

i find my self tempted to trow insults at you, but let me just add, you are in a forum, here we all state what we know, if you know more about twisted books GREAT!!! GOOD FOR YOU!!!, just dont think for one sec that it makes you better than anyone else.
