Happy Liverpool fan. The team is doing well on course for top 4 finish. A draw against United today, not the worst result, though we could've won the match if it where not for some excellent saves from De Gea and some better finishing on some chances.

You're actually happy? I'm not heartbroken, mind, but certainly not happy. Yernited should have lost, really.

Well, New York Rangers haven't won any of the two games they have played, but it is early days yet. I want them to do well against the New York Islanders. On the upshot, the Penguins are top at the moment, and I am always happy when the Penguins do well.

I love it how people who are barely affiliated with the teams mentioned here still talk about them in "we" form, as if they're playing themselves. Ahhh silly humans.

Anyway, can't say I support a team. I like some sports, but I like watching it for the game played, for the skill displayed. I don't really care who does that.

I'm happy that the team played well, and more so the fact that we've come away with 4pts agaisnt two our biggest rivals and have the confidence of todays performance to take into the next two games which should be more straight forward wins. Obviously I would have been estatic if we'd beat the mancs today.

Well in football the Irish team have actually made it past the qualifying stages for once. Those epic 0-0 draws really do accumulate. Pity we're not playing a top country though. Usually do well against high ranking teams(except when they're cheating cunts that throw the ball in plain sight and still get away with it!) and mediocre against poor and average ones.

In the ruggers Ireland failed against Wales. Hard.

I do believe that I support Chelsea in the Pre, but I haven't been following it for the last few weeks.

True enough, I suppose. But I can't look past the missed opportunity for three points today. Oh well, doesn't matter. Top 4, here we come.

Hockey:

The Philadelphia Flyers are 3-0 so far, which is good, despite trading Richards and Carter.

The Columbus Blue Jackets are 0-3-1, which is bad because I have a man-crush on Rick Nash.

So fairly even so far.

Someone said something about there not being enough Mancs, so I should probably add my tuppence.

Poor game against the Scouse today, but it turns out we can get a draw at Anfield with only half a team, which gives the entire attacking lineup time to rest up for the real game to come in midweek (!). Not too worried about the CL group at all - it's been a poor start there too, but for everyone in the group, so we're only 2 points off the lead there. City, on the other hand, are 5 points off the lead in their group, and got handed a bit of a drubbing by Bayern, which is always nice to see.

Waiting for Cleverley to come back, and for Rooney to sort his head out a bit, and everything will be back as it should be. Jones was a little too out-of-sorts in midfield today, but he's capable enough to settle into the role if he's given time. For a rebuilding year, we're sitting pretty in second, with a host of big matches (Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool) already behind us. When May comes around and City have had to play some real teams, we'll see who's made of stronger stuff.

Th All Blacks are doing ok... if we could find a first five-eighth who could play more than half a game without getting injured. And don't even talk about McCaw's foot...

Also- Wales were robbed.

I don't follow any teams. I kinda wish I did just because it would give me something to talk about with people around here, but I just don't have any interest in sports.

NFL wise, I'm a Raven fan. Always happy to leave the O's and their awful seasons behind me. We're doing...alright so far. Our offense looks a little inconsistent to say the least, but we're first in the division...so I can't be too upset. Hopefully we'll do well against Houston tomorrow.

Meh. The Oakland Raiders have been on a bumpy road for quite a few years now. I'm going to their next game tomorrow with my dad. Hopefully they do well.
